Întarește mușchii spatelui, in special coloana vertebrala, precum și face ca mușchii picioarelor sa fie implicati in antrenament.
Acest exercitiu este esential pentru a pastra o buna postura a corpului și pentru a scapa de tulburarile coloanei vertebrale.

DESCRIERE:
Întindeti-va cu fata in jos pe o banca extensibila, bagand bine picioarele sub talpile de sprijin.
Cu corpul drept, incrucișati bratele in fata sau in spatele capului (pozitia de pornire).
Începeti sa va aplecati incet inainte, la talie, cat de mult puteti, pastrand spatele plat.
Ridicati incet trunchiul inapoi in pozitia initiala in timp ce inspirati.
