DESCRIERE:
I-Se tine de bara la aproximativ lungimea umerilor, se folosesc bratele pentru a trage in sus pana cand barbia este la nivelul sau deasupra
bara, apoi reveniti la stadiul initial.
II-Tineti-va de bara cam pe lungimea umerilor, tineti picioarele drepte sau indoiti-le putin. Trageti picioarele
in sus pana la nivelul abdomenului. Apoi, reveniti la stadiul initial.
